We start the assessment with an introductory call to gain a clear understanding of your company’s unique situation. This conversation allows us to customize the solution assessment process to align with your specific needs. Depending on your goals and priorities, we’ll guide you through all or only select phases of the process, adjusting the depth of each step to ensure it delivers maximum value for your organization.

Interviews with the different stakeholders in the project to obtain insights into challenges, objectives and project expectations.

Process Discovery

During the Process Discovery we capture the high-level requirements of the relevant process areas.

Technical Discovery 

During this workshop, we discuss the current IT Architecture as well as the future IT vision & strategy. Furthermore, we define the integration requirements for the to-be application landscape.

Solution Assessment Outcome presentation 

Once all components of the solution assessment are complete, the findings are analyzed and turned into conclusions, recommendations, and next steps. These outcomes are presented in an assessment outcome workshop, including a structured roadmap, starting with a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). Going forward, complementary enhancements can be planned in future phases, each with a (high-level) budget and timeline to ensure a clear and structured rollout.
