During our Agentic Week, we invite Dynamics 365 users to explore what AI agents can already do today — embedded in the platform and extended with custom agents based on real projects. Across five focused webinars in one week, our experts will show how agentic capabilities can support specific roles and domains, without losing control, governance, or business context.
What is the Agentic Week?
Our Agentic Week offers a series of four domain-specific webinars, each tailored to a specific role or application area within Dynamics 365. Each session:

Combines a short introduction to Agentic AI with practical demos

Shows out-of-the-box agents, as well as custom agents and POCs from real projects

Is designed to inform, inspire, and open the conversation on where agents can add value in your organization
The sessions are hosted around lunchtime and will last 45–60 minutes, making it easy to join one or multiple webinars depending on your interests.
