Cegeka Business Solutions is looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Officer to help grow our footprint in the American market. You will lead marketing execution and regional coordination for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions in the U.S., in close collaboration with both the Americas and European teams. This is a unique opportunity to shape marketing strategy for a fast-growing region, with the support of an international team and a trusted Microsoft partnership.   As our Marketing Officer for the Americas region, you will:

  • Develop and execute the regional marketing plan in close alignment with Cegeka’s global marketing team.
  • Adapt global positioning, messaging, and content to resonate with American audiences.
  • Align with business development and delivery teams to build campaigns that resonate with local buyer needs.
  • Develop and coordinate digital campaigns, content, webinars, events, and partner marketing activities, focused on pipeline generation and brand positioning.          
  • Track performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations to continuously improve results.
  • Act as the regional marketing point of contact, ensuring alignment between local business stakeholders and the central marketing organization.
  • Support brand visibility and awareness-building across new target segments.
  • Be available to travel to the U.S. on occasion for key events, workshops, or team collaboration.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • We’re looking for a marketing professional with a strong execution track record, proactive and strategic mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally in an international setting.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the IT solutions or Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Proven experience running campaigns that generate demand and build brand awareness.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cultures and time zones.
  • The ability to manage projects independently while staying closely connected to a global team.
  • Experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Dynamics 365 or similar tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably also Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem is a plus.
