How we support 18,000 employees with the workplace of the future

Since 2022, Cegeka has been supporting the Flemish government and local authorities in deploying and managing digital workplaces. This collaboration, secured through a seven-year framework agreement, is about much more than continuity—it’s about innovation and progress. The focus lies on ease of use, a smooth end-user experience, and the adoption of new technologies. With Cegeka as a trusted partner, Flemish governments are creating a future-proof, secure, and high-performing digital work environment.

Innovation with Microsoft Copilot 

Artificial intelligence is reshaping the workplace. After a successful pilot project, the Flemish government, together with Microsoft and Cegeka, decided to roll out Microsoft Copilot broadly. Between 2025 and 2026, 10,000 knowledge workers will be equipped with their own AI copilot, helping them automate repetitive tasks and focus on more strategic, value-adding work.
