Sales, Management & Staf
WO

In this global role, you’ll help shape the learning culture of a company that’s truly transforming, from local excellence to global capability building. You’ll navigate across regions and cultures, partnering with diverse leaders to co-create learning that drives meaningful business impact. It’s a role for those who enjoy building the plane while flying it: combining strategic thinking with hands-on design, and turning complexity into clarity and growth. Our Global L&D team is evolving from training delivery to a transformational partner for the business. You’ll be central to that shift, helping define what learning and development looks like tomorrow, in an environment that values trust, curiosity, and courageous collaboration. Your key responsibilities are:

  • Act as a strategic L&D partner for your assigned global business lines, identifying capability gaps and co-creating annual learning plans with business and HR leaders.
  • Translate learning strategy into impactful programs – design, deliver, and track global initiatives that develop technical, leadership, and professional skills.
  • Drive operational excellence by maintaining a high-quality learning catalogue, managing vendors, and ensuring efficient global tools and processes.
  • Support transformation and change by advising leaders on how to build learning agility and navigate ongoing organizational change effectively.
  • Serve as an internal expert on capability frameworks, learning architecture, and career development.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development within a global matrix environment.
  • Proven ability to guide teams through transformation and implement effective change management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and project planning skills.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (any additional language is a plus).
  • A hands-on, impact-driven mindset — you enjoy working strategically and executing with precision.
  • Natural ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships across cultures and levels.

Wat hebben wij jou te bieden?

  • A gross monthly salary between €5,000 and €6,000 (based on a 40-hour workweek). This range is indicative, not absolute.
  • 26 vacation days, with the option to purchase additional days.
  • We offer excellent secondary benefits, including a mobility budget or the option of a company car, laptop, phone, and participation in social events organized by our staff association.
  • At Cegeka, we strongly encourage lifelong learning. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to work on your personal development through courses, training, and programs offered in our own tooling Campus.
  • We understand the importance of a healthy work-life balance. That’s why we offer flexibility in working hours and location, you can work from one of our offices or from home. We also support you in setting up your home office. We expect you to be working at least once per week on‑site at our headquarters on the Corda Campus at Hasselt, Belgium.
  • A warm, inclusive company culture built on our ‘Shoulder to Shoulder’ principle: collaboration is at the heart of everything we do.
  • We have been recognized as a Top Employer for nine consecutive years, meaning you’ll join an organization with a globally awarded HR and learning culture
Cegeka is een groeiende organisatie waarin je een rol kan spelen bij het vormgeven van het eindproduct.
