As a Business Analyst, you are the connecting force that not only clarifies needs and goals but also ensures plans are executed and creates support among clients and the team. You work shoulder to shoulder with business, analysts, and architects to achieve digital transformation and application modernization. You take initiative, follow up proactively, and present your analyses and advice convincingly to stakeholders at various levels.

  • You make plans land: you translate business requirements into supported epics and functional specifications, so that decisions are made effectively.
  • You follow up proactively: you monitor progress, identify risks and take initiative to remove obstacles, always with an eye for added value and the bigger picture.
  • You influence and communicate clearly: you convincingly talk about analyses, alternatives and the impact, aligned with business.
  • You organize and lead workshops, brainstorms and presentations, and advise stakeholders on choices and priorities.
  • You work closely with the project manager, architect and other stakeholders, and help build an open culture of knowledge sharing and personal growth.
  • You get an impactful role with visibility to the client and internally.
  • You will be part of a community where knowledge sharing, peer reviews and accelerators are central.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in an analysis role, preferably in digital transformation or application modernization.
  • You have a thorough knowledge of Agile processes and the software development lifecycle.
  • You are strong in stakeholder management, facilitating teams, structuring complex issues, and implementing plans.
  • You are perfectly bilingual in Dutch/English.
  • You preferably have experience with business architecture, impact analysis, KPIs, hybrid environments, and knowledge of the automotive sector.
