For our Data & AI team, we are looking for a Data & AI Solutions Specialist who is eager to make an impact with clients and is driven by closing deals. Are you someone who, thanks to relevant experience, can advise clients on complex Data & AI challenges and translate these into valuable solutions? In this role, you combine your strong knowledge of the Data & AI landscape with business insight and a customer-focused, commercial mindset. You take ownership of the full sales cycle: from identifying opportunities to successfully closing deals and further expanding projects with both new and existing clients.

  • You advise and guide clients in translating Data & AI challenges into valuable and innovative solutions, and convert these into concrete deals
  • You take ownership of the full sales cycle: from opportunity identification to successfully closing Data & AI deals
  • You proactively engage with clients and ask the right questions to fully understand their business challenges
  • You translate client needs into concrete Data & AI use cases and propositions with clear business value
  • You maintain a strong overview of the Data & AI landscape and understand which solutions and services are relevant for the client
  • You work closely with Solution Architects and experts who are responsible for the technical implementation
  • You identify opportunities within existing clients and proactively approach new prospects, translating their needs into concrete collaborations
  • You build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. 

What you need to succeed:

  • You have a solid understanding of the Data & AI landscape (platforms, use cases, ecosystems)
  • You are strong in discovery and client engagement, and can translate business needs into concrete solutions
  • You have experience in a commercial or consultative role, preferably within a consultancy environment
  • You are motivated by closing deals and building long-term client relationships
  • You combine business insight with a strong commercial mindset
  • You can clearly explain complex topics to business stakeholders
  • Experience with Microsoft, Databricks and/or Snowflake is a plus (not required)
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English
  • You will work from the Cegeka offices (Hasselt, Ghent, Antwerp, Leuven) or onsite at the customer, combined with homework.
