EPD Consultant - Nexuzhealth

Our focus is on the implementation, optimisation, support and further development of the clinical workstation (KWS), our fully integrated EHR. To support our continued growth, we are looking for an EHR Consultant with an affinity for patient administration processes within hospitals. • What will you do?
• Implement KWS at our customers' healthcare institutions.
• Support the configuration and implementation of KWS, taking into account the end-to-end process and the needs of end users.
• Guide and manage the implementation of KWS in close collaboration with colleagues and the customer.
• Deliver training using the train-the-trainer approach.
• Create and maintain documentation, and communicate changes to the customer and colleagues.

• What do you bring?
• A bachelor's or master's degree and fluency French and English or Dutch. 
• Knowledge of the healthcare sector and patient flows. 
• An affinity for IT.
• Experience with software implementations and/or project-based work is a significant advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A results-oriented approach and a willingness to follow a predefined implementation guide or project plan.
• Experience in consulting roles is a plus, including conceptual thinking and the ability to understand the customer's context and business processes.
• A flexible, communicative, independent, empathetic, customer-focused, assertive and team-oriented mindset.
• Living in Wallonia or willing to travel there is an advantage.
