Are you an experienced service leader with a passion for cybersecurity, operations, and continuous improvement? Do you want to build scalable and future-oriented IAM services within an innovative international IT environment? Then this role is for you. As Managed Service Lead IAM, you will be responsible for the operational management and further expansion of Cegeka’s Identity & Access Management Managed Services. You’ll work at the intersection of service management, technology, and leadership, with a focus on areas such as Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), and Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM). You’ll ensure that our services not only run stably and securely but also become smarter, more efficient, and more scalable over time.

  • Take responsibility for the full operational management of IAM Managed Services within an enterprise environment
  • Ensure the stability, security, and performance of critical IAM services
  • Further professionalize and optimize service processes, from incident and change management to escalations and requests
  • Successfully integrate new services into operations and make them scalable for the future
  • Leverage automation and standardization to continuously improve efficiency and service quality
  • Coach, strengthen, and grow IAM RUN teams within a culture of ownership and collaboration
  • Analyze KPIs, risks, and operational trends and translate them into concrete improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with delivery, product, and customer teams to achieve maximum value and customer satisfaction
  • Actively contribute to the further development of a future-oriented IAM managed services organization

What you need to succeed:

  • At least 8 to 10 years of experience in IT Managed Services or Service Management
  • Strong expertise in service design, operational transitions, and managing RUN services within complex enterprise environments
  • Experience with SLA- and KPI-driven service delivery and the continuous improvement of service quality
  • Strong organizational skills combined with natural leadership and a sense of ownership
  • Ability to balance operational stability with change, innovation, and growth
  • Familiarity with Identity & Access Management solutions such as PAM, IGA, and CIAM
  • Experience with frameworks such as ISO 27001 is a strong plus
  • ITIL Managing Professional, ITIL Expert, or equivalent experience is a plus
