Are you an experienced service leader with a passion for cybersecurity, service management, and continuous improvement? Then this role is for you. As Managed Service Lead IAM, you will be responsible for designing, operationalizing, and further expanding Cegeka’s Identity & Access Management Managed Services. You will work at the intersection of service management, technology, governance, and leadership, with a focus on areas such as Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), and Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM).

  • The core of this role lies not only in managing existing RUN activities, but above all in structurally organizing, standardizing, and professionalizing IAM Managed Services. You will ensure that processes, governance, roles, responsibilities, KPIs, and improvement frameworks are designed in such a way that services can be delivered in a stable, secure, predictable, and scalable manner.
  • You are responsible for establishing and strengthening the IAM RUN operating model. This includes setting up service processes, escalation models, operational readiness, Ready-for-Service criteria, reporting structures, and continuous improvement. You will oversee the transition from project-based implementations to standardized managed services and ensure that new or modified services are transferred to RUN in a controlled manner.
  • In addition, you will lead IAM RUN teams and create a work environment centered on ownership, quality, collaboration, and improvement. You monitor service quality, SLAs, risks, and operational trends, and translate these into concrete improvement actions. In doing so, you work closely with delivery, product, service management, and customer teams to sustainably improve and further scale IAM services.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have at least 8 to 10 years of experience in IT Managed Services, Service Management, or a similar enterprise environment. You have proven experience with service design, operationalization, and setting up or professionalizing RUN organizations. You are familiar with SLA-, KPI-, and governance-driven service delivery and know how to make services predictable, controllable, and scalable.
  • You excel at structuring, organizing, and leadership. You know how to combine operational stability with change, standardization, and growth. Affinity with IAM domains such as PAM, IGA, and CIAM is important. Experience with ITIL, ISO 27001, or comparable frameworks is a strong plus.
  • In addition to service management expertise, we are primarily looking for someone who thrives on building mature managed services, can lead teams through change, and wants to make an impact within a rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.
