We are looking for an Onsite Support Engineer for various customers who can really make a difference and act as a calling card for Cegeka.

  • You will be responsible for providing first and second line support for the end users' daily work environment. This mainly involves troubleshooting and solving problems with the digital workplace and related end-user hardware (laptops, printers, mobile devices, etc.), in collaboration with other customer teams. Your tasks will also include managing, delivering, and relocating end-user hardware for various customers.
  • You will ensure that the high availability of apps, applications, and services is guaranteed. You will ensure that documentation, instructions, procedures, and knowledge are kept up to date.
  • You will support various customers in a flexible schedule, which may vary from day to day. In your role, you will be the backup for permanent engineers at the customers' sites, stepping in when they are on leave or unexpectedly unavailable.  

What you need to succeed:

  • A good knowledge of Dutch, French, and English is required, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge and experience of Windows/O365 environments and providing support to users/customers is a must.
  • You can work independently but also function well in a team. 
  • Support is provided on site at the customers' premises. Working from home is only possible to a very limited extent in this role.
  • You will travel weekly to various customers located in Zaventem, Brussels, Anderlecht, and Sint-Pieters-Woluwe. Several times a year, you will also travel to Ostend.
