Shape Cegeka’s next growth engine for Industrial & Manufacturing across Europe. Do you want to help shape how Cegeka supports the transformation of industrial companies across Europe? As Industry Transformation Lead for Industrial & Manufacturing, you operate at the intersection of industry expertise, client needs and Cegeka’s service lines. You bring relevant content to executive client conversations and help turn market developments into scalable value propositions. You identify a focused set of strategic transformation plays, combine Cegeka’s expertise, intellectual property and market platforms, and help industrialize these propositions across geographies. You work closely with client teams, service line leaders, product teams, supporting them in positioning Cegeka around high-impact themes such as connected mobility, electrification, autonomous driving, data platforms and the platformization of industry. As a senior, client-facing industry leader, you combine deep domain knowledge with consulting judgement, commercial flair and strong storytelling. The position is open to both payroll employees and freelancers. You can be based in a European country where Cegeka operates and are willing to travel to clients and collaborate across borders.

• Shape Cegeka’s Industrial & Manufacturing transformation agenda and help build a new, scalable growth engine alongside the teams managing existing client business.
• Identify a number of strategic industry transformation plays with clear client relevance and cross-geography scalability.
• Industrialize existing Cegeka expertise, intellectual property and successful local initiatives, turning them into repeatable European value propositions.
• Connect industry needs with Cegeka’s service lines, product, and engineering capabilities, and define what is required to create propositions that work for specific industrial segments.
• Engage senior client stakeholders at business level, and contribute to industry insights, value propositions, and scalable plays with thought leadership.
• Support Client Executives and client teams in positioning industry propositions within major accounts, including the preparation of strategic and pre-sales conversations. Acting as a credible industry voice with customers.
• Combine Cegeka’s own knowledge and IP with relevant market platforms, hyperscale capabilities and partner ecosystems.
• Translate developments in automotive, mobility, energy, transportation, aviation and discrete manufacturing into concrete opportunities for Cegeka and its clients.
• Build alignment across countries and service lines and mobilize the right experts around selected strategic initiatives.

• You are a senior industry professional with substantial experience in Industrial & Manufacturing, ideally including automotive and exposure to adjacent domains such as mobility, energy, aviation, transportation, or manufacturing.
• You understand how the sector is changing through electrification, connected products, autonomous technologies, data platforms, cloud ecosystems, and platform-based business models.
• You have worked in a leading consulting, technology, or industrial organization and have helped shape transformation programs, industry propositions or strategic initiatives.
• You can engage credibly with executive clients, bring relevant content to the conversation, and translate complex developments into a clear and compelling story.
• You combine industry depth with a broad understanding of technology and digital transformation. A hands-on technical background is not required.
• You can connect market needs with product, R&D, service line and delivery capabilities and turn individual expertise into repeatable propositions.
• You influence organizational and geographic boundaries and can create momentum without relying on hierarchical authority.
• You have strong consulting and commercial instincts, while understanding that this is an industry transformation role rather than a traditional sales position.
• You communicate fluently in English. Additional European languages are an advantage.
• You are internationally oriented and willing to travel regularly within Europe.
