Project Manager CRM (D365 CE)

Our team consists of 50 passionate and motivated colleagues, each with different areas of expertise. We are part of the Cegeka Business Solutions Belgium, which consists of +- 280 consultants. • As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement projects at our customers. This primarily involves delivering the entire project within the agreed scope, budget and time. 
• You monitor and report on all aspects of the project so that it meets organisational requirements, methodology and quality standards.
• You are the primary point of contact for the customer. You translate expectations into a project plan with clear objectives that are approved by the steering committee.
• You organise the project kick-off, ensuring that all employees and stakeholders are informed and aligned with the project plan.
• During the duration of the project, you motivate and guide the project team towards the objectives to be achieved. You do this through regular project evaluations and feedback interviews.
• You advise the customer throughout the implementation process and take the lead in internal and external project meetings.
• You identify and manage project risks, bottlenecks and changes.
• You constantly update the project plan, keeping it ‘up to date’. You consistently apply Cegeka's project methodology.

• You have a proven track record as a Project Manager in achieving CRM implementations. Knowledge of Dynamics CRM/D365 Customer Engagement is a big plus.
• You have a good knowledge of the functional and technical specifications involved in CRM implementation projects.
• Through your expert knowledge, your flair, your flexibility and your commitment, you succeed in winning our customers' trust.
• To manage your team, you have excellent leadership and communication skills.
• You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and English.
• Being certified in at least one project methodology such as Prince2 or PMBOK is a plus.
• You immediately feel at home in Cegeka's result-oriented, no-nonsense approach.
