Security Solution Architect

Do you combine deep cybersecurity expertise with architectural judgement to turn complex requirements into secure, scalable and supportable solutions? As Security Solution Architect, part of our Security & Networking Architecture team, you are a senior, customer-facing technical authority with deep expertise in one or more security domains. You own solution architecture and design authority from discovery through delivery, translating business, risk and security requirements into practical target architectures, high-level designs and implementation guidance. You work directly on customer engagements and provide specialist architecture expertise to opportunities led by the Solution Pre-Sales team.

• You lead customer discovery, architecture workshops and technical decision forums to clarify requirements, constraints, dependencies and risks.
• Define target architectures, principles, standards, patterns, high-level designs and implementation guidance for secure, resilient and operable solutions.
• Act as design authority, governing design decisions, reviewing solution artefacts and managing exceptions and technical debt.
• Guide engineering and project teams through implementation, validate detailed designs and runbooks, resolve architectural issues and confirm alignment with the approved design.
• Identify and treat security, integration, technology and operational risks using security-by-design, least privilege, defence-in-depth, resilience and lifecycle principles.
• Provide validated solution architecture inputs to the Solution Pre-Sales team, including technical designs, options, assumptions, dependencies, risks and delivery estimates.
• Partner with Product Management to evolve services, reference architectures, blueprints, patterns, costing models and industry-specific propositions.
• Maintain reusable architecture assets, coach colleagues and contribute to technology-partner relationships and team capability.

• Substantial experience designing and delivering enterprise security solutions, with senior-level technical credibility and customer-facing experience.
• Deep expertise in at least one domain such as IT or OT protection, cloud security, SOC and exposure management, identity security, or data and AI security.
• Broad understanding of networking, infrastructure, cloud, applications, identity, data, security operations, integration and operational service management.
• Demonstrated ability to produce and govern high-level designs and review detailed designs, implementation plans and operational documentation.
• Experience supporting dedicated presales teams with architecture, effort and cost inputs, assumptions, dependencies and risks, and explaining technical choices to customer stakeholders.
• Strong architectural thinking, technical leadership, consulting, communication and collaboration skills, with sound commercial awareness.
• Excellent written and spoken English; relevant vendor or professional certifications and additional languages are assets.
• Relevant higher education or equivalent professional experience in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, infrastructure or architecture.
