Service Delivery Director | BENELUX | Industry Finance

As Service Delivery Director Financial Services, you take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of services and solutions across a strategic portfolio of banking and insurance clients. You work alongside the Client Director, combining commercial ambitions with a delivery organization that performs reliably, efficiently and at scale. You are the senior delivery counterpart for our clients and ensure that commitments made by Cegeka translate into successful outcomes. You connect client expectations with Cegeka's delivery capabilities across service lines, countries and our Global Delivery Network.

• You take overall responsibility for delivery performance across a strategic portfolio of Financial Services clients, ensuring that services and projects are delivered according to agreed quality, scope, timelines and commitments.
• You act as a senior delivery partner to the Client Director and the client, bringing a delivery perspective into strategic account discussions and ensuring that commercial ambitions can be translated into sustainable and scalable delivery.
• You build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as an executive escalation point for critical delivery matters. You create transparency, take ownership when challenges arise and ensure that the right stakeholders are mobilized to resolve them.
• You establish and maintain strong delivery governance across the client portfolio, with clear accountability, decision-making, KPIs, service levels, risk management and escalation mechanisms. • You continuously monitor delivery performance and identify opportunities to improve quality, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and cost to serve. • You connect the different parts of Cegeka needed to deliver successfully, working across Service Lines, Industries, countries and the Global Delivery Network. • You help define the right delivery and resource model for your clients, balancing local, nearshore and offshore capabilities and ensuring that the right expertise is available at the right time. • You anticipate operational and delivery risks and take action before they impact the client. When delivery performance comes under pressure, you bring structure to the situation, establish clear priorities and lead recovery or transformation initiatives.
• You contribute to major pursuits and transitions by ensuring that proposed solutions are deliverable, scalable and operationally sustainable. You provide delivery input into resource models, governance, transition plans, risks and commitments before major engagements are signed.
• You lead and develop senior delivery professionals and create an environment of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement. • You help further professionalize Cegeka's delivery organization by building scalable ways of working, strengthening governance and sharing best practices across clients and countries.

• You have at least 15 years of relevant professional experience, including significant experience in senior service delivery, IT operations, managed services, outsourcing, transformation or program leadership.
• You have successfully led complex, business-critical IT delivery environments, ideally covering multiple technologies, teams, suppliers and countries.
• You have experience managing large-scale delivery in areas such as managed services, application services, cloud/infrastructure, security, data or digital transformation. Breadth is more important than being the deepest technical expert in one specific area.
• You understand the dynamics of Financial Services and are comfortable operating in highly regulated, business-critical environments where resilience, security, compliance and service continuity matter.
• You have a strong understanding of delivery economics and can balance customer commitments, quality, capacity, productivity, risk and cost.
• You have extensive experience with governance, SLA/KPI management, executive reporting, risk management and escalations, and you know how to turn complex delivery issues into clear decisions and actions.
• You have experience working with distributed and international delivery models, including combinations of local, nearshore, offshore and partner resources.
• You are comfortable operating at C-level and senior management level, both internally and with clients. You can challenge constructively, communicate transparently when delivery is under pressure and build trust through ownership and follow-through.
• You are a strong people leader who can bring different teams together, provide direction to senior professionals and create accountability without becoming involved in every operational detail.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a strong asset.
• You are based in Belgium and are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with regular presence at Cegeka offices and client locations.
