At Cegeka, as Team Lead ERP – Finance & Operations (D365), you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact—both on people and on the quality of our solutions. Within our internal Digital Information Office, you’ll lead a team of experienced internal consultants and ensure that our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions contribute optimally to the business. You combine leadership, coaching, and subject matter expertise to make a difference together with your team.

  • People management & coaching: leading, coaching, and developing a functional IT team of up to 12 consultants. Conducting one-on-one meetings and performance reviews, and supporting individual development plans. Fostering a positive team culture with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. Promoting onboarding, knowledge sharing, and skill development within the team.
  • Functional and delivery leadership: monitoring the quality of functional analysis, design, documentation, and solution delivery. Providing substantive guidance and support, with an emphasis on Dynamics 365 Finance. Serving as an escalation point for functional challenges and delivery risks. Balancing team capacity, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Stakeholder management & governance: Close collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project managers. Ensuring alignment with architecture standards, governance, and best practices. Translating business needs into clear and achievable functional solutions.
  • Continuous improvement: Initiating and implementing improvements in working methods, processes, and quality standards. Encouraging feedback sessions, retrospectives, and pragmatic optimizations. Actively contributing to efficient and future-oriented operations.
  • We expect you to be in our office at the Corda Campus in Hasselt at least 2 days a week.

What you need to succeed:

  • Experience as a Team Lead or Senior Functional Lead in IT
  • Proven experience managing functional teams (up to approximately 12 people)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (or similar ERP finance modules)
  • Excellent people management and coaching skills
  • Experience with Jira (backlog management, sprint planning, and follow-up)
  • Strong communication skills and experience with stakeholder management
  • A structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented mindset
  • Experience in complex enterprise or multi-project environments
