Business Development Manager Outsourcing

As a Business Development Manager Outsourcing, you are responsible for introducing Cegeka to new, long-term customer relationships. You build relationships with prospects and demonstrate the value of Cegeka’s Outsourcing approach and end-to-end portfolio. For this role, Cegeka is looking for someone with experience in building new customer relationships that require an Outsourcing partner. You have the necessary knowledge and experience to explain Cegeka’s Outsourcing value proposition from A to Z.

• You build and maintain new customer relationships, presenting Cegeka’s Outsourcing value proposition.
• You translate sales objectives into a concrete business development plan and execute it.
• You dedicate 100% of your time to acquiring new customers.
• You prepare proposals in collaboration with the bid team.
• You are then responsible for closing contracts with customers.
• You develop a network at a strategic level.

• You have at least 6 years of proven hands-on experience in the ICT Outsourcing industry.
• You have a solid knowledge of the Belgian ICT market and demonstrable experience in selling Outsourcing services.
• You are able to fully understand the customer’s needs and work with them to find creative solutions. You have the necessary maturity to act as a trusted discussion partner at C-level.
• You are a strategic thinker who works in a results-oriented and accurate manner.
• You are independent, stress-resistant, motivated and flexible.
• You manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing. In addition, you play a central role during the bid phase and act as the driver of the winning strategy.
• You are a true team player and collaborate closely with presales, delivery, experts, management, and others. Winning an outsourcing deal is never a solo effort.
• You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, you can express yourself fluently in French.
• You preferably work 1 to 2 days per week from our office in Hasselt, at customer/prospect locations in Belgium and from home.
