Internship / Student job: Corporate Jobsite bouwen in HubSpot (Digital Marketing Employer Branding)

Would you like to contribute to Cegeka’s digital candidate experience? For the further development of our corporate job site, we are looking for a motivated intern or student with one clear focus: setting up and building out the job site in HubSpot (CMS). You will join a collaboration between Employer Branding and Digital Marketing. The Digital Marketing Team is responsible for the HubSpot environment and will support you both in terms of content and practical guidance, enabling you to smoothly build and optimize pages, templates, and content. In doing so, you will take into account a multilingual setup (including Dutch, English, French, Spanish, German, and Italian).

• You will build pages for the corporate job site in HubSpot CMS.
• You will correctly apply existing HubSpot job site templates.
• You will structure and optimize content (job overviews, landing pages, candidate information).
• You will align content with recruitment tools (such as Carerix – no technical integration).
• You will contribute ideas on user experience, navigation, and employer branding on the job site.
• You will collaborate with colleagues from Employer Branding, HR, and the Digital Marketing Team.

• You are a student in communication, digital media, marketing, web design, UX/UI, or a similar field of study.
• You have an interest in websites, digital platforms, and online communication.
• You work in a structured and accurate way, with attention to detail.
• You are able to work independently and take initiative.
• You communicate smoothly and enjoy collaborating with different teams.
• You are fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of HubSpot or similar CMS tools is a plus (not required).
• You work in Hasselt (Corda Campus), with the possibility of hybrid working.
