  • In your role as Business Developer New Business, you are responsible for driving business development and building long-term relationships with both new and existing clients
  • You will mainly be active in the regions of East/West Flanders and Brussels
  • You focus on matching the right IT profiles with your clients’ needs
  • You continuously identify where organizations require temporary or permanent IT expertise and proactively respond by proposing suitable consultants
  • You are a self-starter who, through strong drive and a professional approach, consistently identifies the IT needs of clients
  • You engage with prospects to identify and clarify strategic technological needs in the IT domain
  • For the further execution of your projects, you can rely on the support of technical experts whom you know how to engage, motivate and inspire effectively
  • You closely monitor and manage your projects, as you are the primary point of contact for your clients.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT consultancy sales
  • Networking and closing deals with prospects give you energy and satisfaction
  • You enjoy building new relationships and already have an established network of IT decision-makers
  • You have a proven track record of successful deals and possess strong knowledge of the market, trends, competitors and where future opportunities will arise
  • You are a proactive self-starter who can handle a healthy level of stress and you focus  on solutions rather than problems
  • You hold a bachelor degree or have acquired an equivalent level of expertise through experience
  • You can easily commute to the Cegeka office in Ghent from your place of residence
  • You are bilingual (Dutch/English) and able to communicate in French.
