Do you have experience as an operator or as a service desk employee? Would you like to be part of a dynamic team where you get the opportunity to further develop your knowledge and experience? We are currently looking for several control room operators to strengthen the operator team at one of our clients.

  • You act as first-line support when monitoring and/or infrastructure components generate alerts
  • You log issues and follow up on incoming requests via a ticketing system
  • You strictly follow work instructions and procedures, based on predefined checklists and escalate in a timely manner when SLAs are at risk
  • You consistently deliver high-quality and accurate output
  • You manage the storage and logistics of external media (backups)
  • You are also responsible for the exchange of data backups with external clients
  • You will work in a 24/7 shift system on-site at the client’s location in Brussels.

What you need to succeed:

  • You hold a bachelor or secondary education degree with a strong interest in IT, including operating systems, networks and hardware
  • You have 2 to 5 years of experience as a service desk agent or operator
  • You have a strong analytical mindset, are solution-oriented and take initiative
  • You have a hands-on mentality, are eager to learn and grow
  • You are a service-oriented team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • You handle information in a discreet and professional manner
  • You are able to work independently and remain calm under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • You are flexible
  • You are fluent in French, English and Dutch.
