Data & AI Solution Sales

For our Data & AI team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven sales professional who wants to join us in growing the team.   Are you someone who likes to take initiative, gets energy from discovering new opportunities and loves a challenge? Then we are looking for you to join our dynamic and no-nonsense team!   In this role as Data & AI Solution Sales, you will get the chance to help build innovative projects at both new and existing customers. You will help them find the right Data & AI solutions, while continuously learning and growing yourself. 

• In your role as Solution Sales AI, you will drive the growth of Data & AI projects with both prospects and existing customers.  
• You combine your technical knowledge of AI and data solutions with strong consultative and solution selling skills.  
• You inspire and motivate the presales and project teams to work with you in developing the right Data & AI solution for the customer.  
• You actively identify and approach new strategic prospects to proactively present and sell our solutions.  
• You advise clients on the optimal use of AI and data to achieve their business goals and guide them from strategy to implementation.
• You closely monitor your projects and build long-term relationships with your customers, including C-level stakeholders.
• As a proactive initiator with a strong drive and professional approach, you consistently meet customer needs.
• You will be part of an open, driven, no-nonsense and passionate Data & AI team.

• You have extensive knowledge of AI and data solutions.
• You have several years of relevant experience in consultative and solution selling in complex B2B environments.
• Experience with Microsoft platforms, Databricks and/or Snowflake is a significant advantage.
• You are passionate about sales and enjoy acting as an advisor to your customers.  
• You have technical affinity and understanding of AI architecture and data-driven solutions.
• You are proactive, customer-focused, and skilled at identifying problems to propose solutions.  
• Networking, closing deals and achieving your customers' targeted budgets give you satisfaction and are a true motivator for you.
• You enjoy teamwork but thrive with a good degree of independence.  
• You like contributing to proposals, both in written form and through presentations.
• You are a dynamic, driven initiator who handles a healthy amount of stress with ease.
• You have strong communication skills, both in Dutch and English, and the ability to persuade technical and business stakeholders.
• Our projects mainly take place in the Ghent - Brussels - Antwerp - Limburg region. If your presence at the customers’s site is not required, you can work from the Cegeka office closest to your home (Hasselt, Ghent, Leuven, Diegem, Antwerp) or from your home office.
