Would you like to be part of a team responsible for the coordination, maintenance, and optimization of our facilities, technical installations, and digital infrastructure?

  • You coordinate the maintenance of technical installations, ISO requirements and facilities at Cegeka Leuven and Diegem
  • You participate in facility projects, ensuring they align with company standards and objectives, with a focus on improving infrastructure, safety, energy efficiency, digitalization and sustainability
  • You work closely with other departments to integrate network systems, access control and ISO compliance into our facility processes and share best practices
  • You ensure the integration of access control systems, audiovisual (AV) equipment and network infrastructure within the facilities
  • You guarantee compliance with ISO standards as well as health, safety and environmental regulations
  • You troubleshoot technical and IT-related issues within the facilities
  • You supervise and manage external suppliers and contractors.

What you need to succeed:

  • You hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT or a comparable technical field
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within facilities management or technical maintenance departments
  • You possess strong knowledge of IT systems and digital technologies used in facilities management (e.g. Building Management Systems, IoT, automation technologies)
  • You are familiar with building management systems (BMS), HVAC, AV, electrical systems, water management and are capable of integrating these with IT solutions
  • Experience with access control systems, network infrastructure and ISO compliance is a plus
  • You are skilled in coordinating projects
  • You have excellent communication skills and can collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
  • You have a hands-on mentality and a “getting things done” approach
  • You put a strong focus on planning and organization
  • You are a creative team player with a strong sense of responsibility, but you can also work independently
  • You demonstrate a customer-focused and flexible attitude; hospitality and care for internal clients come naturally to you
  • You view problems as challenges, work in a solution-oriented way and are driven by continuous improvement
  • You are stress-resistant and assertive
  • You possess strong analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
  • You have a technical mindset with attention to administrative tasks
  • You are fluent in Dutch, have a good command of English and a basic knowledge of French
  • You are available to work full-time onsite at our office in Leuven and you also visit our office in Diegem 1 to 2 days per week.
