Do you have several years of experience and knowledge in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform? Would you like to work on a project with significant social added value? Then we are looking for you within our Applications unit, specifically the Social Impact division! For our client, a joint initiative of various ‘Sociale Fondsen van Bestaanszekerheid’, we are responsible for an administrative back-office application built on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. This application enables administrators to calculate and correctly pay out various sector-specific premiums. These include end-of-year bonuses, temporary unemployment benefits, etc. As an Application Consultant, you will form the bridge between the business/client and our development team and be responsible for the functional implementation of solutions.

  • You collect the business requirements and translate them into technical specifications on the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
  • You develop user stories and implement them by configuring the system (e.g. creating forms, entities, views, etc.).
  • You test, validate and document the work of the developers and provide support in the UAT sessions with the client.
  • You advise the customer on customised solutions.
  • During the process, you will support the customer's end users by providing training on the system.
  • We work within a Scrum context with Jira.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have a passion for digital transformation and optimising processes using the latest technologies.
  • You have a good working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform (Dataverse). If you also have some technical know-how (e.g. writing plug-ins), this is a plus.
  • If you have experience with integrations (REST API, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, etc.), this is also a great asset.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Figma is a plus. 
  • You are also someone who can work independently as well as function well in a team.
