Will you graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree in IT or business this academic year and are you ready to take the first professional step in your career? Are you passionate about the many possibilities of low-code/no-code and, more specifically, the Microsoft Power Platform? Then we have THE opportunity for you! You will join a warm and rapidly growing team of approximately 20 colleagues who are united by a shared passion for the Power Platform. You will be guided by experienced colleagues, with learning, experimenting, and collaboration at the core. Through low-code development, process automation (e.g. use of AI agents) and governance, we help customers make their business processes smarter, more efficient and more future-proof with the Microsoft Power Platform.

  • You support customers throughout their Power Platform journey, from analysis to delivery, together with experienced consultants.
  • You learn to design and build end‑to‑end solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven), Power Automate, and additional Power Platform components such as Power Pages. You are introduced to hyperautomation techniques: from process mining to gain insights into processes, to deploying Agentic AI to autonomously execute repetitive steps.
  • You help bridge the gap between business needs and technical possibilities.
  • You contribute to the implementation, testing, and optimisation of solutions.
  • You grow step by step into your role as a consultant, with room to discover where your interests and strengths lie.
  • You stay up to date with new developments within the Microsoft ecosystem and share your knowledge with colleagues.

What you need to succeed:

  • You are graduating with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an IT‑related field (e.g. Applied Informatics, Computer Science, …) or a business‑oriented field such as Business Engineering, Applied Economics, etc.
  • You have an interest in low‑code/no‑code platforms. Any prior experience with the Power Platform (for example through an internship) is a strong plus.
  • Shaping Digital Together: you are a true team player with a down‑to‑earth mindset.
  • You are eager to learn, analytical, and customer‑oriented.
  • You communicate fluently (Dutch required) and enjoy working with colleagues and customers.
  • What you don’t know yet, you are willing and able to learn. Drive and motivation are decisive for us.
