• Define the international strategy and roadmap for our private and sovereign cloud portfolio, working closely with ICT experts across different regions.
• Translate market developments and future customer needs into clear short-term and long-term priorities.
• Develop compelling value propositions, service levels, and reusable solution patterns based on thorough market analysis, addressing a variety of customer sovereignty requirements.
• Translate regulations such as DORA, NIS2, the Data Act, the AI Act, and future EU cloud sovereignty criteria into concrete product decisions.
• Help customers in critical industries understand the implications of these regulations and how they are reflected in a future-ready portfolio.
• Ensure alignment between sovereign cloud offerings and our existing portfolios covering public and private cloud, edge computing, connectivity, cybersecurity, AI, data, and managed services.Prioritize epics, capabilities, and investments based on customer value, risk, feasibility, differentiation, and financial return.
• Provide direction to multidisciplinary product teams in collaboration with architects and experts from engineering, operations, security, compliance, finance, legal, sales, and marketing.
• Define acceptance criteria and release decisions, ensuring that every proposition is sellable, deliverable, supportable, and measurable.Lead decision-making through product governance processes, reporting on progress, dependencies, and risks, and escalating where necessary.
• Work across industries and countries in an international environment, aligning stakeholders and interests to maximize customer value and foster successful collaboration between local sales and delivery teams.
• Own the business case for your domain and contribute to the pricing strategy of our solutions.Partner with sales and marketing teams to shape and execute go-to-market activities.
• Build and strengthen strategic relationships with technology partners.Create commercial and strategic bridges between different entities, contributing to a compelling portfolio that supports the digital transformation of Cegeka’s customers.Stay ahead of market developments and innovations, ensuring that our sovereign cloud portfolio is prepared for tomorrow’s challenges.

• At least 5 years of senior-level experience in product management, portfolio management, or service development within cloud or managed services, preferably in government, financial services, healthcare, critical infrastructure, or other highly regulated sectors.
• A strong combination of strategic insight and technical, commercial, and regulatory expertise, enabling you to set direction, make informed decisions, and gain stakeholder buy-in.
• A passion for creating and driving a strong vision, from strategy and business case development through to successful realization.
• Experience with partner ecosystems, public tenders, and transforming custom solutions into scalable and repeatable managed services.
• Solid knowledge of cloud architectures and operating models across public, private, and hybrid/multi-cloud environments, with a strong affinity for security, compliance, and regulated industries.
• In-depth understanding of the European regulatory landscape, including DORA, NIS2, the Data Act, the AI Act, European data protection requirements, and sovereignty frameworks.
• You can translate these into clear product decisions, customer value, and actionable requirements.Strong expertise in market segmentation, roadmap management, business cases, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• A natural sense of ownership, combined with the ability to set priorities, unite multidisciplinary and international teams, and drive decisions that deliver tangible results.
• Excellent communication skills, allowing you to influence both executives and technical experts.
• You can simplify complex topics without losing their nuance or importance, both internally and with customers.
• A data-driven mindset, with a solid understanding of the financial impact of decisions and the ability to balance growth, risk, customer value, and operational feasibility.
• Fluency in Dutch or English. Knowledge of French is considered an asset.
• A Master’s degree or an equivalent level of expertise gained through relevant experience
• Experience in service delivery, pre-sales, product management, or a comparable environment is a strong advantage.
