Internship

Are you a bachelor’s or master’s student eager to discover how organizations create impact through data, design, and technology? Curious about business development, market research, or customer analysis in a creative venture studio? Then this internship might be perfect for you! At EngineeringSTUDIO, we believe in learning by doing. Together with your buddy, you’ll choose your focus: hands-on experience tailored to your studies and interests.

  • Market Development Help us better understand the market and identify future clients. You’ll actively build prospect lists, qualify leads, prepare LinkedIn outreach and initial client contacts, and join client meetings and demos. You’ll also contribute to developing value propositions and pitches that address potential clients’ needs.
  • Business Analysis Dive into customer data and processes to generate valuable insights. You’ll support maturity scans and process analyses, map challenges and opportunities, and help collect and visualize data. You’ll also help prepare strategic workshops where we define direction together with clients.
  • Market Research Explore where our solutions can make a difference. You’ll analyze trends, key players, and pain points in specific sectors or niches. You’ll also contribute to thought leadership content like blogs, whitepapers, or talks to share our vision and expertise.
  • Together with your buddy, you’ll choose 1–2 projects to take ownership of. You’ll present your results to our leadership team.

What you need to succeed:

  • You’re a bachelor’s or master’s student with an interest in business, technology, or innovation
  • Curiosity about technology, business models, and people: you ask questions, think along, and want to understand how things really work
  • Initiative and eagerness to learn: you’re not afraid to try, take responsibility, and see mistakes as valuable experiments
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; French is a plus
  • Basic digital skills: you’re comfortable with Excel and have experimented with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot
  • Flexible availability: you’re available for at least 4 to 8 weeks, and we’ll coordinate the exact period with you.

What are we offering:

  • You’ll join an ambitious and enthusiastic team
  • Our experts will guide you throughout your internship
  • Mileage reimbursement, flexible hours, afterwork drinks… we’ve got you covered!
  • Work from a Cegeka office in Leuven, Hasselt, Ghent, Antwerp, or Diegem, combined with remote work — the choice is yours!
