Do you like to act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring full alignment between business objectives, the service and product portfolio, (technology) strategy, operational capabilities and delivery execution?

  • You lead the design and governance of complex end-to-end technology solutions across multiple domains and customers
  • You define and promote architecture principles, standards, best practices and reusable patterns
  • You support strategic customer engagements, workshops, roadmap discussions and large opportunities
  • You translate business and operational requirements into sustainable and scalable solution designs
  • You provide architectural oversight during project and service delivery execution
  • You identify, assess and mitigate technical risks, dependencies and architectural gaps
  • You drive alignment between architecture, engineering, operations, security and service management teams
  • You contribute to innovation, modernization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • You mentor architects and senior technical profiles while supporting capability development within the organization
  • You contribute to organizational strategy, service evolution and technology direction
  • You act as a bridge between business strategy, customer requirements, technical capabilities and operational execution.

What you need to succeed:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • You bring a minimum of 6 years’ experience in an IT architecture role
  • You have strong expertise in enterprise and solution architecture, as well as governance, risk management and compliance
  • You are capable of translating complex IT landscapes into clear architectural roadmaps and target states
  • You have proven experience in modernization initiatives, digital transformation and large-scale delivery environments
  • You think strategically and conceptually at a high level
  • You are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders (CIO/CDO/CTO level)
  • You possess strong influencing and negotiation skills within customer environments
  • You are an excellent communicator, facilitator and presenter.
  • You demonstrate a strong consulting mindset with a clear focus on customer value
  • You take ownership, show accountability and demonstrate mature decision-making
  • You have a natural inclination for coaching and mentoring others
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
