As a Program Manager, you are responsible for successfully managing and expanding large-scale programs for our customers. You act as a strategic point of contact and ensure close cooperation between customers, internal teams, and partners. You maintain oversight of progress, quality, and budget across multiple projects and services, with a strong focus on Data & AI initiatives. You will regularly work on-site at customers in the Antwerp, Brussels, and Ghent regions, where you build lasting relationships and earn the trust of both management and operational teams.   • You play a key role in strategic Data & AI programs.  
  • You monitor and manage complex programs consisting of multiple projects and services.  
  • You act as the single point of contact for customers at the program level.
  • You develop and maintain strong customer relationships at both tactical and strategic levels.  
  • You oversee planning, scope, budget, and risks.
  • You coordinate multiple project and delivery teams simultaneously.
  • You ensure strict and transparent follow-up and reporting.
  • You actively contribute ideas for optimizations and growth opportunities within customer programs.
  • You work closely with experienced consultants and technical experts.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have more than 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within a consultancy environment.  
  • You have proven experience managing large, complex customer programs.  
  • You have strong communication skills and you are a natural stakeholder manager.  
  • You are hands-on, well-structured, and skilled at setting priorities. 
  • You have good knowledge of, or strong affinity with Data & AI environments.
  • Experience in data, analytics, or AI consultancy is a strong asset.
  • A project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, etc.) is a plus.
  • You are willing and motivated to work on-site at customers’ offices on a regular basis. 
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English. A good knowledge of French is a plus.
