D365 CRM Tester with French (All cities, RO)

We are looking for a D365 CRM Tester (Medior) to join our delivery team and ensure the quality of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions. The role involves defining and executing test strategies, coordinating UAT activities with business stakeholders, and validating end-to-end business processes in a structured environment. #LI-RC3

  • Define and maintain test strategy, test plans, and test cases for D365 CRM projects
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
  • Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users (French-speaking stakeholders)
  • Track, document, and manage defects in Azure DevOps (ADO) and ensure timely resolution
  • Validate end-to-end business scenarios across CRM and integrated systems
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders
  • Ensure test coverage aligns with business process requirements
  • Provide clear test reporting and status updates

What you need to succeed:

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE testing
  • Experience testing Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Strong understanding of business process testing and E2E validation
  • Proven experience in UAT coordination with business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Fluent in French (mandatory); English professional proficiency required
  • Technical Stack: Azure DevOps (ADO) – test management & defect tracking, Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Exposure to: Azure API Management (APIM) and Azure Functions
  • Seniority Level - Medior (2+ years of relevant experience)

  • Nice to Have: experience in integration testing (APIs, middleware), previous work in international projects with French-speaking clients and ISTQB certification or equivalent
