D365 F&O Senior Finance Consultant

For Cegeka Business Solutions, we are looking for an experienced Finance Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to join our Application Managed Services (AMS) team. This is a role where you go beyond simply maintaining existing systems. You will help organizations continuously improve, optimize, and innovate their Finance operations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance. You will work closely with customers to understand their challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business needs into practical and sustainable solutions. From optimizing financial processes and implementing new functionality to exploring opportunities with AI, Copilot, and automation, you will become a trusted advisor to your customers.#LI-RC3

• As a Finance Consultant, you will be a key sparring partner for customers in Finance and Dynamics 365 F&O. Your responsibilities will include:
• Advising customers on financial processes, Dynamics 365 Finance and best practices
• Analyzing existing processes and identifying opportunities for optimization
• Translating business requirements into practical, scalable, and future-proof ERP solutions
• Configuring and optimizing Finance modules within existing D365 F&O environments
• Identifying and driving opportunities around AI, Copilot, and automation
• Supporting customers with changes, optimization projects, and new Dynamics 365 functionality
• Working closely with solution architects, developers, and service delivery teams
• Building long-term customer relationships and becoming a **trusted advisor** within your customer portfolio.

• You are someone who understands both **Finance and technology**. You know how financial processes work in practice and can translate business challenges into effective Dynamics 365 solutions
• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance
• Strong knowledge of Finance processes and ERP environments
• Experience translating business requirements into practical ERP solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• A proactive and customer-oriented mindset
• A genuine interest in developments around AI, Copilot, and automation
• The ability to work independently while enjoying collaboration with colleagues and customers
