Do you want to help shape how organisations transform their technology landscape at strategic level? As an Enterprise Architect at Cegeka, you connect business ambition with technology execution, translating strategic and industry-specific needs into coherent enterprise architectures and multi-year transformation roadmaps. You work across complex client environments, with a particular focus on applications and their modernisation, data architecture and platforms, and AI ecosystems. Looking across the wider technology landscape, you establish the architectural direction, principles and guardrails that help clients modernise, reduce complexity and make technology choices that remain scalable, resilient and sustainable.#LI-RC3

  • What will you do?
  • Work with senior business and technology stakeholders to understand their strategy, challenges, industry context, current technology landscape and future ambitions
  • Translate business strategies and industry-specific needs into enterprise-wide architecture visions, target architectures and multi-year transformation roadmaps
  • Shape application modernisation strategies by assessing complex application landscapes, identifying fragmentation, duplication and technical debt, and defining the path towards a more coherent target architecture
  • Define enterprise information and data architecture, including data ownership, interoperability, metadata, quality, lineage, privacy, sovereignty and responsible use
  • Connect operational, analytical and AI requirements with enterprise data strategy, governance and technology choices, helping clients build scalable data platforms and AI ecosystems
  • Design architecture principles, standards, blueprints and guardrails across applications, data, integration, cloud, infrastructure, security and emerging technologies
  • Map business capabilities, value streams and operating models to identify strategic gaps and connect business transformation to the required technology and organisational change
  • Align IT projects and investments around a common architectural direction, reducing complexity, fragmentation and technical debt across the enterprise
  • Establish and safeguard architecture governance. Assess solution designs, steer key architectural decisions, manage justified exceptions and maintain alignment with the agreed target architecture
  • Advise CIOs, CTOs and other senior stakeholders on strategic technology decisions, including make-or-buy choices, application and data platforms, APIs, cloud services, AI technologies and strategic vendors
  • Evaluate technology choices based on business value, integration, security, compliance, scalability, resilience, sustainability and cost efficiency
  • Provide architecture assurance throughout the transformation lifecycle, from strategy and business-case development through procurement, design, implementation, transition and benefits realisation
  • Guide and mentor Solution Architects, Application Architects, Data Architects, Security Architects, Technical Architects and other technical leaders, without assuming their line-management responsibilities
  • Follow developments in AI, technology, regulation and relevant industries, translating them into practical opportunities and architecture choices for clients.
