Functional analyst (Bucharest)

Do you have experience as an analyst in software development projects? Are you familiar with the principles of Agile working? Our internal Digital Information Office (DIO) division is looking for an experienced analyst. Digital Information Office supports the internal Cegeka organization with strategic advice on its own IT platforms. We work on very diverse and complex projects for our internal customers (shared services all Cegeka business lines). We can accommodate only B2B collaborations. #LI-AP1

• You will be part of the team that focuses on building observability and dashboarding features, integrating with databases and external security tooling.
• You will act in an analytical, consultative role in the context of integrating IT systems (ITSM) based on an in-house-built framework.
• You will work closely with the development team that works from Moldova, Romania, Greece and Belgium .
• You are the point of contact for your internal stakeholders, the development team as well as the architect.
• You work in an Agile environment: making analyses, functional testing, preparing and scheduling the user stories and follow-up are part of your tasks.
• Together with your team and with the (internal/external) customer, you define the functional requirements.
• You manage the backlog and monitor the overview of the project scope.
• You facilitate demo/review and test sessions with the customer. 

• You have at least 5 years of experience as an analyst in custom software development projects.
• You have extensive knowledge and experience with Scrum/ Agile.
• You are experienced in doing functional reviews or testing.
• You have strong analytical skills to grasp and structure complex problems.
• Your experience with ITSM and ITIL is a plus
