Say no more: our team is in dire need of a skilled IT Support Engineer to assist our clients with all IT related technical support issues related to ELO Digital Office platform. The platform (ELO Digital Office) is an enterprise content management used to digitalize business processes and all information management for any company.

  • Research and identify solutions to software issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
  • Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.
  • Talk clients through a series of actions until they’ve solved the technical issue.
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers).
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
  • Perform manual testing when it is necessary: after escalated issues are fixed; new functionality packages are prepared; regression testing must be carried out. 

What you need to succeed:

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
  • Ability to understand existing software configuration and code parameters as to isolate and identify the root cause of the issue.
  • Good understanding of software platforms and other tech products.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.
  • Good English skills (both oral and written).
