  • As a CE / Power Platform Developer (Copilot Studio & Azure), you will work in multidisciplinary teams to deliver future-ready solutions for our customers. You will not only develop applications and automations but also build AI-powered assistants and agents that make business processes smarter, faster, and more autonomous.
  • Your responsibilities include:
  • Building and extending Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, often integrated with Azure services
  • Developing Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse)
  • Integrating AI solutions through Azure (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, APIs) and, where appropriate, Azure AI Foundry for advanced agent and AI scenarios
  • Performing technical analyses, developing custom functionality, and ensuring quality through testing
  • Collaborating with Technical Leads on architecture, project progress, and best practices, or taking on that role yourself
  • Actively contributing to knowledge sharing around Power Platform, Copilot, and AI within the team.

What you need to succeed:

  • We are looking for someone who is eager to grow alongside the latest AI developments within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree level of education and thinking
  • At least 2 years of experience as a developer within Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and Azure
  • Experience with, or a strong interest in: Dynamics 365 CE and C# (plugins and extensions)
  • Azure integrations (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management)
  • Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
  • Copilot Studio and AI Agents (or the ambition to quickly develop expertise in this area)
  • Microsoft certifications are a plus, or a willingness to obtain them
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate technical challenges into robust solutions
  • Willingness to occasionally provide support outside regular working hours
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • A passion for sharing knowledge and helping colleagues grow.
