In this context, the need for having a solid digital workplace infrastructure becomes a must and a challenge to all companies. As Program Manager for Digital Workplace, you will be responsible for successfully delivering our clients workplace projects within different domains thus improving the customers’ experience and helping them reach next level. You will be involved in defining Statements-of-Work, following-up during project phase, managing the involved resources and ensure qualitative closure of workplace projects. Therefore, you must have a solid background in workplace management and extensive experience in integrating such projects.

  • Define & develop new Digital Workplace Services and closely collaborate with the corporate team. Define and maintain the modus operandi for contracting nearshoring services and resources (towards internal customers).
  • Oversee a smooth operational transition of workplace services into Cegeka management by managing stakeholders, scope and project roadmap.
  • Define and maintain a Service Delivery Map for Workplace Management for the allocated customer(s). 
  • Be focused on delivery excellence and successful project closure. Identify potential issues with engagements and drive timely remediation.
  • Ensure Vendor Management through regular governance.
  • Be engaged in presales activities to successfully progress sales opportunities and capture client requirements. Translate requirements into Statements-of-Work and proposals. Collaborate on cross-division RFP’s.
  • Be responsible for the allocation of project resources and be familiar with Cegeka delivery capacity.
  • Act as a linking pin towards other divisions and maintain a collaborative mindset that facilitates cooperation and results.
  • Define the objectives and scope for practical implementation of services into operational delivery.
  • Ensure service delivery according to customer expectations and contractual KPIs/SLAs.

What you need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience in workplace management in customer facing roles.
  • 3+ years of experience as Project/Program Manager
  • Experience with specific technical areas such as M365, Identity & Access Management, Intune, AD and Azure AD among others
  • Your strong sense for organization and planning allows to handle multiple responsibilities in parallel and still deliver qualitative results
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and continuously search for new revenue opportunities
  • Excellent written & verbal communication in English, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work as a team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Adept in planning, leading change management, working in a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking skills.
  • Solid presentation skills at the customer and management level
  • High level of motivation and pleasure in self-responsible work. Be able to self-manage through difficult situations and have a key focus on client satisfaction.
