As Project Controller, you will be responsible with performing financial analyses for financial and general management, in order to provide a basis for planning, the direction of operations and the evaluation of the results. As Project Controller you will report directly to the SSC Business Controlling Team Lead.  #LI-AP1 

  • Prepare detailed reports (financial analyses, ratio analyses, investment analyses, financing analyses, etc.) to ensure that the organization’s general management and project management is given a basis for planning, driving operations and assessing results.
  • Manage project accounting databases to ensure timely control.
  • Support Business Controllers in project financial management and divisional reporting.
  • Recommend and execute corrective actions to handle project compliance.
  • Prepare and sent the invoices towards our customers for the projects we are managing.
  • Take responsibility for estimated costs and costing of projects within the organization to ensure that a basis can be laid for making recommendations regarding project budget, any adjustments and financial project assessments.
  • Draw up performance calculations and trace any deviations to ensure that cost-saving procedures can be developed.
  • Stay continuously well-informed about the evolutions and developments in the field of financial analysis, keep his/her knowledge up-to-date when it comes to evolutions in order to strengthen his/her credibility by offering a service permanently based on up-to-date knowledge

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economic/ Business Administration are preferred major fields
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as finance analyst/project controller or other relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
  • Analytical mindset & accuracy, attention to details, initiative and ownership
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and motivated to drive change and foster an environment to help achieve business results
  • Passion to learn and grow
  • Excellent English skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
