As a Project Leader, you will operate at both a tactical and strategic level, gaining exposure to a wide range of domains while developing your leadership skills within a mature project organization. This role is ideal for someone with a initial solid track record in coordination or analysis who is ready to step up into end-to-end project leadership—with strong support, mentoring, and clear growth opportunities.#LI-DNI

Lead and support existing and new projects within Cegeka’s corporate project organization
Work closely with senior management, receiving strategic mentoring and guidance
Be paired with an experienced Project Manager (buddy) who will coach you intensively
Manage stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered on scope, time, quality, and budget
Translate business needs into clear project structures, roadmaps, and priorities
Apply and further develop project methodologies such as PRINCE2 and Agile/Scrum
Grow into a trusted partner for internal customers and project teams

What you need to succeed:

3–5 years of experience in a coordinating role (e.g. project officer, project leader)
A strong interest in IT and digital environments, with the motivation to keep learning
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A natural ability to balance helicopter view and attention to detail
Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive mindset
Strong administrative skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)

What are we offering:
