This role combines stakeholder management, operational coordination, delivery leadership, and business alignment, requiring someone who is both hands-on and people-oriented. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, operational improvements, and alignment between business goals and technical execution.   • Lead end-to-end delivery of business and IT-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment between project objectives, teams, timelines, budget, and stakeholder expectations
  • Coordinate cross-functional and international teams across different areas
  • Drive Agile project execution through daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, status meetings, and delivery tracking
  • Act as the main point of contact between project teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, operational teams, and executive management
  • Manage complex stakeholder discussions, including situations involving competing priorities, escalations, scope changes, or delivery risks
  • Stay actively involved in project execution and operational discussions, maintaining a strong understanding of delivery details rather than managing purely from a reporting perspective
  • Present project updates, risks, timelines, budget status, and strategic recommendations during Steering Committees and executive-level reviews
  • Support operational transformation and integration initiatives by aligning processes, tools, and ways of working across different business entities
  • Coordinate and monitor project budgets, resource allocation, forecasting, time approvals, and financial tracking activities
  • Identify project risks proactively and drive mitigation actions together with the teams and stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help define KPIs to measure operational impact, efficiency, and business value
  • Ensure smooth collaboration between business and technical teams, helping drive decisions and unblock delivery challenges when needed

What you need to succeed:

  • At least 4+ years of experience in a similar Project Management / Project Leader role within an IT or technology-driven environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Hands-on mindset and ability to stay close to delivery details, operational topics, and team dynamics
  • Experience working in Agile environments and coordinating delivery using tools such as Jira
  • Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, financial tracking, and project reporting activities
  • Experience presenting project status, risks, and delivery updates to senior leadership or executive stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and escalation management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in operational transformation, integrations, process alignment, or automation projects is considered a strong advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to working with international teams
  • Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken
