We are looking for an IT Sourcer, who will be responsible to utilize different channels to search for potential candidates, reach passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future employment needs. You will proactively recognize our hiring needs and assist us in filling our open vacancies with qualified workers.

  • Use various sourcing techniques and channels to research, identify and asses qualified candidate profiles.
  • Play an integral role in partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
  • Setting up lists to target per vacancy: Creating targeted lists of potential candidates specifically tailored to each job vacancy.
  • Setting up lists for target companies: Compiling lists of companies that align with our recruitment goals and target industries.
  • Reporting Talent insights: Providing reports and analysis on talent acquisition trends and insights via LinkedIn to inform decision-making.
  • YG lists of schools: Monitoring and tracking lists of young graduates from relevant schools and universities for potential recruitment opportunities.
  • Publishing vacancies: Posting job openings on various platforms and channels to attract qualified candidates.
  • Data analytics in Carerix: Utilizing Carerix, our applicant tracking system, for data analysis and reporting on recruitment activities.
  • Preparing data content for LinkedIn postings: Creating compelling and engaging content for LinkedIn job postings to attract candidates.
  • Follow up tendencies in the market to target companies: Staying updated on market trends and industry developments to effectively target desired companies for recruitment efforts.
  • Mailings in Hubspot: Sending targeted email communications and campaigns to reach potential candidates and nurture relationships.
  • Looking for network events/platforms: Actively seeking networking events and online platforms to connect with potential candidates and industry professionals.

What you need to succeed:

  • Approximately 1 year of experience in working with active sourcing techniques, identifying qualified candidate profiles.
  • Previously sourcing based experience, working with a variety of recruitment and social platforms.
  • At least basic understanding upon technical/niche profiles: Java Developers, .NET Developers, Business Analyst, Software Testers etc.
  • Exposure & experience in direct interaction with customers is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced environment and handle dynamic contexts, with constantly changing variables.
  • Be able to take initiative and be proactive in communication and activities to be delivered.
  • Team oriented, with strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
  • Strong listening and questioning skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally.
  • Logical approach to problem assessment and resolution.
  • Ability to develop strong business relationships and manage expectations.
  • Languages - fluency in English is a must have; good knowledge of one or more other major languages a strong plus.
