Do you want to use your broad knowledge of communication and collaboration platforms in having an impact in your day-to-day activity? Then we might have a tailor-made challenge for you! You will work in a Client Team and, together with your colleagues, will be the go-to person for all communication & collaboration issues related to the digital workplace. You will be managing the Client’s environment, taking part in an 24/7 on-call rotation, alongside the contribution you bring to projects and continuous improvement activities.  Since you know all the ins and outs of successful customer engagement, you will make a difference every day in unburdening the Customers, while also developing yourself in this process.

  • You are responsible for the technical realizations and you perform the necessary installations and configurations
  • You analyze the environment proactively with a critical perspective and you come up with the necessary suggestions for improvement
  • You take part in different projects as the expert in your field
  • You provide clear documentation of the delivered solution to the Client as well as to your colleagues in order to ensure a flawless support for our clients
  • You carry out the mission and philosophy of the department and encourage your colleagues and Clients to follow these principles as well

What you need to succeed:

  • You have a BSc or MSc and 2 years of experience in a similar function
  • You have a passion for multiple technical areas and are not afraid to dive deeper into: Office 365, Azure Active Directory - Enterprise Applications/APP Registrations - Automation - MFA/Conditional Access, Exchange On-Premise and experience in migrations Exchange On-premise / Exchange Online, Skype 4 Business / MS Teams, Defender for Office 365, Anywhere 365, Intune / MDM – both Intune connector for Exchange On-Premise mailboxes and Intune connector with NDES server for certificate deployment to mobile devices, SharePoint, Symprex as signature tooling, Imprivata, Enterprise Voice & Session Border Controllers – AudioCodes/Ribbon
  • Knowledge of Okta, Lotus Notes/Domino, Transvault, AvePoint, MigrationWiz and other migration tools is a plus
  • Being proactive comes natural to you, feeling comfortable in sharing feedbacks and ideas with the project manager, service manager, change manager and team leader
  • Customer workshops make you feel energized and give you satisfaction
