Support Officer (Bucharest, RO)

Sales, Management & Support

As a support officer, you will have permanent contact with multiple Cegeka teams and work with people from various business lines (Infrastructure, Applications, Business solutions, SSC). You are part of the Support Office team which makes sure EDC Cluster is organized according to Cegeka policies and aligned across business lines.

  • You will create and manage different documents needed within EDC including certain templates.
  • You will create checklists and reports, to help the business stay organized.
  • You will set meetings, schedule events and manage the EDC Management calendar, making sure EDC team will have all the deliverables ready according to the corporate deadlines.
  • You will be involved in ad-hoc projects and other activities requested by our management team.

What you need to succeed:

  • Previous work experience for at least 1 year
  • You are a perfectionist and a positive person
  • You have a passion for problem-solving and organizing is your second nature
  • You are determined to learn and improve your skills by getting involved in different trainings.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change planning efficiently in case of unexpected events, time pressure, urgent questions, or needs.
  • Knowledge of Office Package, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
