Would you like to play a key role in a major digital HR transformation within Cegeka? For the global implementation of Workday, we are looking for an experienced Workday HR Expert who will act as the bridge between the business, HR, IT, and our implementation partner. Unlike a traditional consulting role, this position is not focused on external clients. Instead, you will contribute directly to the internal digitalization of Cegeka itself. You will leverage your Workday expertise to optimize HR processes, improve data quality, and ensure that the new solution perfectly aligns with business needs, helping to build an even stronger Cegeka for our customers. You will be part of the Group HR team and have a direct impact on the digital transformation of our international organization. The project timeline runs from September 2026 through 2028.

  • Act as the functional link between business stakeholders, Group HR, IT, and the external Workday implementation partner.
  • Translate HR business requirements into clear functional analyses and process designs.Facilitate the design of HR processes across more than 15 countries together with the implementation partner.
  • Challenge and assess functional proposals to ensure they align with Cegeka’s business needs.
  • Safeguard the broader business impact of decisions and actively engage stakeholders throughout the design and testing phases.
  • Take ownership of the HR Data Quality workstream by analyzing data quality, defining improvement actions, and coordinating activities with local HR teams.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and participate in system testing activities.
  • Develop user guides, training materials, and adoption programs for HR users and key users.Act as the first point of contact for functional questions during and after the different go-live phases.
  • Support the Program Manager with reporting, risk assessments, and phase transitions throughout the program.

What you need to succeed:

  • Experience with Workday HCM as a Functional Expert, System Owner, or Implementation Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes through a background in HR Operations, HR Technology, or HR Transformation.
  • Experience in HR projects, process optimization, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into efficient and future-oriented solutions.
  • Strong focus on data quality and attention to detail.Analytical and structured approach in a complex project environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and disciplines.
  • A critical mindset, with the confidence to constructively challenge proposals from external partners.Proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
