Within our Social Impact division, we are launching a new long-term and highly complex project for one of our clients active in pension fund management. To help bring this project to a successful completion, we are looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join our team.   • Together with a team of experienced developers, you will work on building and evolving the application using .NET and Angular, creating high-performing and scalable solutions that have a direct impact on our users.
  • You will translate business requirements and user stories into high-quality software. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to contribute to technical decisions, architecture, and development best practices.
  • You don't just write code that works - you write code you can be proud of. Through testing, code reviews, and a strong focus on maintainability, you and your colleagues ensure a robust and high-quality codebase.
  • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and ways of working. In addition, you stay up to date with the latest developments in AI and explore how they can add value to the team and the project.
  • Shaping Digital Together: you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including Analysts and Lead Developers, within a Scrum environment that operates in two-week sprints. You will actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have several years of experience with .NET and know how to build robust, high-performing, and maintainable applications. You look beyond simply writing working code and pay close attention to scalability, quality, and user experience.
  • You are familiar with Azure services such as Functions, Service Bus, and others, and understand how to design cloud-based solutions that are scalable, secure, and performant. You know which technologies to leverage and when to use them to build the right solution.
  • You have a passion for learning and keep a close eye on the latest technological developments. This includes emerging trends such as the use of AI in software development.
  • You are a true team player who enjoys sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and embracing feedback. You believe the best solutions are created through collaboration and thrive in an environment where people help each other grow and succeed.
