Starting in September 2026, we will begin the phased implementation of Workday across the entire Cegeka Group. Together with an external implementation partner, we will roll out a business-critical platform that will support the complete employee lifecycle for more than 8,000 colleagues across 15+ countries. To lead this strategic program, we are looking for an experienced Workday Program Manager who will take ownership of the overall delivery, align internal stakeholders, and ensure the successful execution of this complex international implementation. This is a key internal role within Cegeka, focused on transforming our own organization rather than delivering consultancy projects for customers—helping us build an even stronger Cegeka for our clients.
