Together with an external implementation partner, we will roll out a business-critical platform that will support the complete employee lifecycle for more than 8,000 colleagues across 15+ countries. To lead this strategic program, we are looking for an experienced Workday Program Manager who will take ownership of the overall delivery, align internal stakeholders, and ensure the successful execution of this complex international implementation. This is a key internal role within Cegeka, focused on transforming our own organization rather than delivering consultancy projects for customers—helping us build an even stronger Cegeka for our clients.

  • As Program Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end Workday program, from preparation and implementation through successful go-live and long-term adoption across the organization.
  • Lead the implementation of Workday as a strategic platform for the entire Cegeka Group, ensuring the solution is aligned with business needs.
  • Ensure active involvement and ownership from business stakeholders, HR, IT, and Finance throughout the program, within agreed scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage the external Workday implementation partner and serve as the primary point of contact for governance, escalations, milestones, and contractual agreements.
  • Monitor scope, quality, budget, risks, dependencies, and timelines across all project phases.
  • Identify critical dependencies and risks before they impact the program.
  • Create alignment among stakeholders across multiple countries and business units.
  • Coordinate the internal HR, IT, and Finance workstreams and closely collaborate with and guide the Workday HR Expert and IT Functional Analyst supporting the program.
  • Drive change management and communication initiatives to maximize adoption across the organization.
  • Ensure data quality and migration readiness at every stage-gate, with support from the Workday HR Expert.
  • Report on program progress, financial performance, risks, and planning to senior stakeholders, including the CHRO, CIO, and Executive Teams.
  • Ensure a successful transition to the operational organization so that Workday is fully embedded, documented, and adopted by Cegeka by the end of 2028.

What you need to succeed:

  • A proven track record of leading large-scale Workday implementations or similar HCM transformation programs as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager.
  • Experience managing external implementation partners, balancing collaboration with maintaining strong client-side ownership and control.
  • Knowledge of international HR transformation programs in complex, multi-country environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse interests across countries, departments, and management levels.
  • The ability to bring structure, clarity, and focus to complex programs with multiple dependencies.
  • Experience in program management, budget management, governance, risk management, and change management.
  • A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and successful adoption.Excellent communication skills in English.
