  • You will be assigned to one or more customer projects
  • You collaborate with presales and sales teams to translate customer requirements into a project plan and a clearly defined scope, taking into account the timeline and resource allocation of all activities, the customer’s needs, the available budget and the objectives to be achieved
  • You oversee all aspects of the project to ensure it complies with organizational requirements, methodology and quality standards. You are responsible for achieving the project objectives (in terms of quality, budget and lead time) and report on progress regularly, both internally and to the customer
  • You directly manage members of the Cegeka project team (engineers) and monitor all project deliverables
  • You ensure the motivation and development of the employees assigned to the project, with the aim of meeting the customer’s criteria for service, quality and expected delivery timelines.

What you need to succeed:

  • We are looking for a medior or senior profile with proven experience in project methodologies such as PRINCE2 and ITIL. A strong methodological approach is essential
  • If you already have experience in one of our domains (Hybrid Cloud, Security, Digital Workplace) this is a definite advantage
  • You communicate with our customers in both Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus
  • Our customer base is spread across Belgium. For most projects, regular on-site presence is required, combined with working from home. Cegeka also delivers projects in other countries, but you will mainly be assigned to projects in Belgium
  • We expect you to be a strong communicator, capable of interacting with different organizations and people
  • You can work independently and are able to lead and motivate the project team. You have clear leadership capabilities
  • You are familiar with planning and optimally utilizing available resources
  • Thanks to your professional expertise, social skills and flexibility, you are able to gain and maintain the trust of our customers.
