As an ERP Program Manager, you maintain the overall overview and coordinate efforts across local and international teams.   • You are a driving force within a new program focused on ERP systems.
  • You have an impact on shaping your own program.
  • You are the main point of contact and you lead the programs at both a tactical and strategic level.
  • Based on your meetings with the project board and steering committee, you ensure that our organization is provided with accurate and up‑to‑date information.
  • Together with the teams, you define the scope and impact of the projects, giving you a clear understanding of the needs and the solutions. You create the full program planning.
  • You closely monitor the predefined timelines, budgets, available resources and objectives.
  • You also actively contribute to projects and propose appropriate solutions. You act as a strategic business partner for the teams, but you are also able to roll up your sleeves when necessary.
  • You are responsible for the program’s P&L and the internal financial reporting.
  • You safeguard organizational and financial standards and provide accurate P&L-related information to management.
  • You act as a people manager for the project managers. You play an active role in the training, development, feedback and guidance of your own team members.

What you need to succeed:

  • A minimum of ten years of relevant experience as a program manager at an enterprise level is required.
  • You have experience with MS Dynamics 365 migrations and transformations.
  • You are a natural leader and have experience in (functionally) guiding and motivating project managers and project teams.
  • You communicate openly, fluently and you have experience communicating and reporting at C‑level.
  • Thanks to your expertise, social skills, flexibility and commitment, you succeed in earning the trust of the teams.
  • You have a helicopter view but do not underestimate the importance of details. When necessary, you are willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
  • You have strong knowledge of various project methodologies such as SCRUM, Agile and Kanban. Knowledge of Agile SAFe is a plus.
  • You have experience managing external partners.
  • You communicate fluently in English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
  • You will primarily work from our office in Hasselt (Corda Campus) and from home. Occasionally, you will also travel to other Cegeka offices or countries such as the US, Italy and Germany.
