We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect specialized in Human Resources to strengthen our internal Digital Information Office (DIO) division. Digital & Information Office supports the internal Cegeka organization with strategic advice on its own IT platforms. We work on very diverse and complex projects for our internal customers (shared services & all Cegeka business lines). You will be part of the team that focuses on HR processes and platforms, integrations to these platforms and maintenance of them. You will play a key role in translating functional requirements into high-quality, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions, while working closely with analysts, developers and technical leads to ensure that every solution is built on solid architecture, follows best practices, and delivers measurable value to our clients.

  • Design, develop, improve, and refactor ICT applications within the HR domain, applying agile methodologies and best practices to deliver reliable, client-focused solutions.
  • Correctly use and implement the existing or designed solution architecture as a development framework.
  • Create detailed solution designs, ensuring solutions meet requirements related to cost, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Define, plan, organize, and execute solution tests, and contribute to the creation of test plans.
  • Formulate recommendations and apply new tools, techniques, and development practices to continuously improve software quality and development efficiency.
  • Deliver clear and structured technical documentation to support the developed solutions and models.
  • Provide active support to end users, including analyzing and resolving complex incidents and problems, supporting root-cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes, advising on technical aspects and best practices.

What you need to succeed:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources within a similar role.
  • Experience with platforms for managing HR data, recruitment processes, and/or learning activities is considered a plus.
  • Strong understanding of solution architecture, technical design patterns, integration concepts, and application lifecycle management.
  • Solid knowledge of and experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge sharing, eagerness to learn, drive, and flexibility are key traits.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
