Do you enjoy being responsible for the architectural design of an IT environment? Do you like thinking along with a customer?

  • You are responsible for the architectural design of the client's IT environment
  • You maintain close contact with the client to develop improvement proposals
  • You ensure that design and implementation are aligned with applicable compliance/security policies and you safeguard the quality of configuration management
  • You mainly work on Digital Employee Experience projects for our clients
  • You think along with the client, understand business requirements, design solutions and ensure that the technical design exceeds expectations
  • You ensure that the client has no concerns about their IT environment by providing a stable and innovative IT landscape
  • You maintain an overview and define the blueprint of the IT infrastructure
  • You are part of the client team, where you take on a key role regarding the IT architecture of the client. Together with the account manager, service delivery manager and lead architect, this vision is translated into a service offering, taking into account costs and operational SLAs
  • As a Technical Architect, you also help translate the architectural vision into operational activities to ensure our services are delivered effectively
  • Seamless integration of workplace components into the client’s overall IT landscape is essential
  • You work as a Technical Architect in accordance with the Cegeka Architecture Framework for documenting the IT environment and business solutions
  • Drafting patch, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery plans is part of your responsibilities, in line with the Multi Compliance Framework
  • You act as a connector between different departments, fostering collaboration between engineering teams and encouraging knowledge sharing
  • You provide content support to the presales architect and account manager during the preparation of proposals for new opportunities. Additionally, you support the change and project manager with impact analyses and the initiation of projects.

What you need to succeed:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • You have built strong expertise in IT infrastructure and various products/domains through a previous role as an Architect or Senior System Engineer
  • For our Digital Employee Experience projects, you have already worked with several of the following technologies: Intune, (Azure) Active Directory and Microsoft 365 components (Copilot, Identity, Communication & Collaboration, Device Management and Security)
  • You also have solid knowledge of Cloud, AI, Security and Compliance
  • TOGAF and ArchiMate certification are a plus
  • You have a good understanding of ITIL
  • You are a strong communicator, proactive and both team- and customer-oriented
  • You have great attention to detail
  • The IT architecture you propose is fully and correctly documented in line with Cegeka standards
  • Thanks to your broad technical infrastructure knowledge, you can efficiently support clients by continuously proposing improvements
  • You put forward innovative proposals aligned with the client’s IT vision and business needs
  • You regularly analyze IT environments with the goal of identifying improvements and defining the necessary actions
  • You aim to deliver real added value to clients, working in a results-driven way with continuous focus on quality
  • You are eager to further develop your expertise within the field
  • You are willing to work on-site at client locations
  • Knowledge of Dutch and English is required.  Knowledge of French is a plus.
