In this mission, Cegeka acts as the strategic IT partner of the Vlaamse Overheid. In doing so, we contribute to the further digitalisation of Flanders in areas such as digital workplaces and the development of applications that have an impact on 6.6 million Flemish citizens, like you and me. Take, for example, the Groeipakket, which ensures that 960,000 Flemish families automatically receive the correct allowances and benefits. • As a Functional Analyst, you will map out the functional requirements, perform analyses, write and plan user stories for one or more applications, verify acceptance criteria and communicate with both developers and the client. They see you as the go-to point of contact for functional questions.
• You always start from the end user’s perspective and make the necessary efforts to deliver a coherent and high-quality solution.
• Over time, you will provide developers with insights and even propose improvements.
• Together as a team, you ensure the successful delivery of a strong project. An experienced Functional Analyst and Product Owner will gladly support and coach you throughout your journey.

• You are graduating this summer with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in fields such as Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Applied Economics (TEW), Applied Computer Science, or similar. During your studies, you were introduced to concepts such as Agile and Scrum.
• You are a communicative team player. Knowledge sharing, eagerness to learn, drive, and flexibility are part of your DNA.
• You think critically and are able to conceptualize and formulate proposals.
• You communicate fluently, both verbally and in writing, with clients as well as with the team, in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
• You have a strong sense of responsibility and are able to handle assignments independently.
• You work in a results-oriented manner, with attention to risks and quality.
