Young Graduate - Junior Functional Analyst (September 2026)

Cegeka is looking for a Junior Functional Analyst who wants to form the bridge between the client and the internal development team.

• As Functional Analyst, you will map out the functional requirements, make analyses, write and plan user stories for one or more applications, check acceptance criteria and, last but not least, communicate with both developers and the client. They see you as the point of contact for functional questions. 
• You always start from an end-user's point of view and make the necessary efforts to achieve a beautiful whole. 
• You are familiar with Agile methods.
• Over time, you give the developers insights and even make suggestions to improve things.
• Together as a team, you make sure we deliver a beautiful project. An experienced Functional Analyst and Product Owner will gladly assist you in this and coach you throughout the process. 
• As our customer is central, you will occasionally work at the customer's premises.

• You have recently graduated as a bachelor or master within an IT field (e.g. Software Management), but people without an IT degree are also eligible (e.g. Commercial Sciences, TEW, Commercial Engineering,...) In your education, terms such as ‘Agile’ and ‘Scrum’ came up.
• You already have a first experience as Functional Analyst. 
• You are communicative and write fluently in Dutch. 
• You are a communicative team player. Knowledge sharing, eagerness to learn, drive and flexibility are part of your DNA. 
• You are critical, can think things through conceptually and propose them.
• You are fluent in oral and written communication, both to customers and to the team, in Dutch and in English. French is a plus!
• You have a high sense of responsibility and are able to tackle assignments independently. 
• You are result-oriented with an eye for risk and quality.
