Momentarily, we are looking for our next Business Analyst colleague to assist our clients with all IT matters related to ELO Digital Office platform. The platform (ELO Digital Office) is an enterprise content management used to digitalize business processes and all information management for any company.

  • Perform stakeholders analysis;
  • Study customer areas to better understand the general needs of organizations in those areas, analyses and documents the particularities of clients in the respective fields;
  • Participates in customer meetings to understand and document their requirements;
  • Establish the strengths and the weak points of the project;
  • Improves the weak points of the project;
  • Carries out the analysis and definition of the processes within the projects, the list of requirements and their prioritization, creates the process diagram and project documentation;
  • Draft the business requirements and align them with functional and technical requirements;
  • Validates the specification documents and coordinates the testing phase and UAT;
  • Facilitate communications between office and field staff (between client and technical team);
  • Conduct elicitation activities and validate identified requirements with the customer and the technical team;
  • Define Business scenarios.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s in IT, business management or related field preferred;
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written;
  • Familiarity regarding different working methodologies;
  • Knowledge regarding project management;
  • Organized and detail-oriented;
  • Business Flow Design;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Visio and other management software;
  • Knowledgeable in business analysis;
  • Experience drawing mock-ups and diagrams.
